Head for the St. Croix Water Sports Center (tel. 340/773-7060), a part of the Hotel on the Cay, located on a small offshore island in Christiansted Harbor. It's open daily from 10am to 5pm. Windsurfing rentals are $25 per hour; lessons are available. Sea Doos, which seat two, can be rented for $45 per half-hour. The center also offers parasailing for $65 per person, and rents snorkeling equipment for $20 per day.
